It's happening here. In my local off-license a rustic wooden "craft beer" display has appeared. On closer inspection you can see it's a Coors stand.

That's why we tried to trademark "Irish Craft Beer", but they wouldn't wear it.

What is needed is a certification mark to denote genuine craft beer, but I think it would be best if the brewers did that. It would be nice if they organised.
