Camra are of course free to make their own rules and I'm all in favour of a bit of pressure in favour of conditioned beer. Yes, as far as I know CAMRA allow beer which is usually not cask conditioned, as long as it's in that form for the festival. As far as I know, Hooker has shown up cask conditioned at a few festivals across the water.

I wholeheartedly agree with that statement.
