TOPIC:

I'm looking for someone to host a private beer tasting evening for a group of 20 - 30 people and who can also provide a good speaker (or who can speak themselves) on the subject of beers and brewing.

It would be ideal if we got someone who could answer questions and give guidance on a great variety of craft beers. We are trying to make it a mixed crowd - so we need to make the evening interesting for both men and women (some of whom do not drink much beer) - if their are any beers that particularly appeal to women that would be great!

Some food too might be a good idea. Southside/Central Dublin area. A venue can be organised separately.

Any suggestions/recommendations?

the beernuts the man for the job if ever there was one. i have seen him give these sort of talks before at non beer based events. taste of christmas last year springs to mind
