Had my first baltijos yesterday, loved it. Googled and discovered its an Oktoberfest marzen beer. Is this typical of the style? Any of you guys brew this style? Been googling and I see the wlp yeast is a lager yeast so requires better temp control than I have at the mo. goinn to be buying more of these in tesco
