My ears don't stick out like that!

Honestly, off of that list it's Beer Geek Breakfast and the American-hopped biere de garde that catch my attention first.

I thought ST IPA had lots of fruit and caramel notes which, together with the 7.3% ABV, made it just too big for a regular IPA.

The 2XIPA, however, is really bright and clean with lots of citrus, like a higher quality version of Hardcore IPA. I'd skip straight to this.

Had Southern Tier Unearthly IPA this year and it was excellant, must try these 2 new beers to Ireland, great to see newer breweries coming to the Irish market.
