Just been reading there that the guys down in dungarvan bottle condition their beer. I haven't had the chance to try it yet but I was wondering if they get a yeast sediment in their bottles then too, I presume they must?

I just would have thought that people would find it off putting if they weren't expecting it

They do. Both bottle condition and get yeast sediment, one goes with the other.
I guess there may be a bit of educating the customer, but it seems to be working for them.
Get your hands on a few bottles, they make good beer.
Black Rock is a great stout and the coffee and oatmeal stout is one of my favourite beers of all time!

There is a very small amount of sediment in the bottle and Im actually curious as to the method they use, its coagulated into very small round lumps. You wouldn't even notice it in most of their beers.

pick up a blackrock stout, lovely stuff.
