I went to the Camden London launch of this beer the other night and a lot of criticisms people have for Brewdog were apparent. James Watt's PUNK etc REBELLION ETC..UNDERDOGS etc speech standing on the bar is very stale at this stage(they have 4 beers in Sainsbury) The sort of Brewdog cult that they have nurtured is also kind of nauseating sometimes. People have also criticised them for loosing site of the beer and just forging ahead with gimmick beers. I ordered never mind the anabolics <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="www.brewdog.com/blog-article/never-mind-the-anabolics">www.brewdog.com/blog-article/nev ... -anabolics and it was a very un-original tasting pale ale. Really had no point being on the bar. On the other hand I think there is a lot of jealousy and begrudging in this part of the world due to Brewdog's runaway success. If an American Brewery did what Brewdog do we would probably criticise a lot less. Flying dog from what I can vaguely remember tasted something like Pimms and Brewdogs was actually quite IPA..ish yep excellent tasting notes there
