Hi All!

I am doing research for a documentary series for tg4 on native Irish foods. We will be looking at 6 staples of the Irish diet, one of which is grain!

I was hoping to chat to some fluent Irish speakers that just love beer - love the taste, the smell, the history of it etc! Or perhaps some one who is starting out making their own beer and trying new things or if there is some beer anorak that knows a good bit about the history of beer in Ireland!
