We produced our first contract brew last week. Ma Dazza(meaning "the business" in Cork slang) an old school bitter stout. It is available in the sine, mutton lane, crane lane, vicarstown , bodega and the oval. It is the brain child of local publican Benny McCabe who listening to his customers wanted a stout that was bursting with bitter after taste. The first batch is nearly but more is on its way.

Nothing in Dublin?

Is Shandon Century coming back to a bottle any time soon?

This new brew DOES sound delicious.

none in Dublin as yet. The same publican owns the 6 bars here. I am meeting him tomorrow to see what he wants his next step to be. This stout is like nothing on the market and im sure it would go down well. will update ye after the meeting.

P.S. Random idea: You could partner with an Irish Home Brewing Supplier to offer a home brew all grain kit that includes a full ingredient kit to brew Shandon Century Extra Stout at home!

(A guy can dream, can't he?)

only in Bennys pubs, like an old style stout and priced reasonable midway between beamish and guinness/murphys,
€3.85 in Oval on South Main Street.
