The more I drink the more I realize just how much the yeast contributed to the Abstrakt beer it was used in (AB:01?) , the taste profile is so similar but this is so much more complex.
IMO Westy 8's definitively the most distinctive of the three.
I'm not sure if it's yeast-derived or caramelised sugar but when I tasted it there was this unmistakable Dr.Pepper flavour. Would love to know how to replicate this exactly.
