Interesting , found the link while looking for Barrels .

Innis & Gunn stuck a stout into Irish Whiskey barrels last month , planning to sell it in the new year .

Interesting. The last oak-aged stout I had was bordering on epic.

Three months isn't all that aged though .


Interesting their cask choice though

Wonder if they got them from the Midleton distillery

True, it's not. Last one I had was blended and some of it had been in there two years.
