+1 -I agree, except Imperial Oatmeal Stout I think would be better.

(I like the stronger flavors and higher hop rates of an imperial stout; for me hoppy stout hard to beat, but the silky smoothness of oatmeal stout is really, really good, too.)

I love the Crème Brulee - it's a bottle to share FOR SURE though as it's so rich.

I'll have to keep an eye out for the creme brulee! I well believe it'd be like a proper creme brulee, their Pumpkin Ale 'pumking' is just like a pumpkin pie. They brew some good stuff!!

It will be out here again in the winter mate.

I lived in Toronto a couple of years back.

I really liked Mill Street beers. And as for ST IPA, at the time proper IPAs were pretty thin on the ground. It was only available in a couple of bars like Smokeless Joes and Volo. The LCBO was due to get it in but by the time it actual hit the shelves I was out of the country.

Having said that I've finally got round to doing a ST IPA clone - bottled it last weekend. Only problem is I've nothing to compare it to except my, now somewhat hazy recollection of how it tasted. <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: -->

Started the evening with some Flying Monkeys Smashbomb IPA..
