CAMRA chief executive Mike Benner told Brewers’ Guardian today that fastcask falls within CAMRA’s definition of ‘real ale’ but that the technology is envisioned as having only limited commercial application.
“CAMRA doesn't endorse any particular process or product. However, the initial findings of the chairman of CAMRA's Technical Advisory Group suggest that the fast cask falls within CAMRA’s definition of real ale,” commented Benner.
