I have heard unconfirmed reports that there are Porterhouse Beers on tap in the airside bar in Dublin Airport T2. I shall investigate on Monday. If true we can just close the Best Beer in an Airport thread.

I went through T1 today and overheard someone say they are on tap, that is what I wish to confirm.

Gah, now you are making me doubt myself. Did the guy on the bus say that they had Porterhouse beers on tap, or did he just say they had the beers and I added the on tap bit myself in a fit of wishful thinking.

Maybe I'll just head back now, instead of driving myself mad over the weekend.

I'm as big a fan of the rumour mill as anyone, but I tend not to use gossip I overheard in public.

Though, from the table next to me at the Docklands Oktoberfest a couple of years back, I learned that weissbier is brewed with wheat instead of hops.

But when the rumour mill leads to you planning on having a beer first thing in the morning instead of sipping coffee by the gate like normal maybe it should be fully utilised.
