Hi,

Seen the ads for Erdinger Schneesweiss recently, think it's a seasonal weissbier Erdinger release in time for yuletide. Have they done it before and has anyone tried it? I'm a big fan of weissbiers (though Erdinger isn't one of the best)...

Love winter ales so I like the idea of this Has Anyone tried it? is it just their standard weiss sexed up with a but of cinamon?

They do it every year. Some off licences have it all year round. It doesn't taste hugely different from ordinary weissbier, just a bit darker and sweeter.

Not all that different from a regular Weiss .

Will look out for it here, but worth mentioning that the Erdinger Urweisse[/url:2r2ohmno] is pretty good, if you can find it. I was pleasantly surprised. <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->
