Its suggest that its best to lay down the Bigfoot for a year, America barley wines are way over hopped to allow for the loss of hop bitterness over the bottle conditioning. If you can gat some more it tuck it away for a while and try it again.

I thought it was, I swear there was yeast sediment in the bottle

Even if its not, it’s over hoped with the intent of been drunk at least 6 months after brewing to allow the hops to mellow out.

Their Celebration ale, stout, porter and summertime ale are all available in Ireland. All worth checking out. Well, I haven't tried the summertime ale but the other lot are fantastic.

the porter is quite nice, i had the celebration Ale in the States, which was also nice, the summertime i was not so keen on, certainly not a style i enjoy at all, but yes, all worth checking out
