They're getting better though. They also have Celebration and Steam Beer from Anchor. And Goose Island IPA. We could always use more though.

Yep, had it in the Porterhouse but would like to see them in an off licence too. yeah i agree oblivious we do need an injection of more fine American beers, but i'll believe it when i see it, sure we have Gooseisland which is fantastic, but not much else..

I've come across a few of the Rogue Ales now and again. Things are (slowly) improving.

I tried Sam Adams' Black lager a few weeks ago. I thought it was fantastic.

Yeah i nearly hit the floor when i saw Rogue in McHughs, really impressed and a big fan of the amber ale & chocolate stout! More of that please, Rogue do a ton of brews

Rough chocolate stout was good, although I am not a big fan of America hops in stouts, does that not make me a fan of American stouts then?

haha, no i dont think so Oblivious, i think the Rogue stout certainly has a different hop character, i myself prefer the more bitter, heavier stouts but i see your point with this one. St. Peters Cream Stout...now theres a good one
