I've been here about a month and I haven't found anything too inspiring so far - Hoptical Illusion is quite nice (in a hoppy way, as the name suggests) and, no matter how much the purist in me might protest, Grasshopper Wheat Beer is about as refreshing a beer as I've ever tasted, but I wouldn't ask anyone to carry them back to Ireland for me. That said, I haven't really been searching out beers beyond buying the most interesting looking thing in whatever off-license/bar I happen to find myself in.
I'm sure Garthicus will pop up soon with some recommendations on stuff that is worth carrying back to Ireland though (and probably to berate my for mentioning Hoptical Illusion and Grasshopper as well!)
