Had a sample of the raspberry weiss on Sunday. Not really my thing but not bad either. Would prefer if it was a bit sharper, as it tasted a bit cordial like to me.

Not to hijack the thread, but does anyone have any idea how PH gets that super chocolaty taste in the Chocolate Truffle Stout?

It's not from Cocoa, that much is clear, but it's a wonderful chocolate flavor and I'd love to do a Chocolate Stout/Porter sometime and end up with a similar effect.

I'm guessing chocolate extract plays a part. I know the likes of Youngs and Rogue use extract. I've used it in a stout[/url:1efmib9i] and it worked well.
