I've seen lots of good comments on TT Landlord Ale on here for quite a while and while heading up to the north this weekend I spotted a bottle.

DELICIOUS stuff. Now my favorite widely available, reasonably priced English ale!

I think I saw a clone recipe somewhere now I'll just have to scour for it now that the recipes and talk about recipes are all thrown in the same place... (Definitely not as easy to find what you're looking for...)

Oh yea, 4.1% "Strong Ale" really cracks me up!

Stronger than... water?
Does that make 3.5% ABV "medium strength"? -If so what's a light beer? 2%?!?!

It's a rare example of a brewery brewing the cask version stronger than the bottle: draught Landlord is 4.3% ABV, stronger relative to the Best Bitter at 4%. The bottled version is a pale shadow of the cask, when it's in good condition.
