New Glarus Rasberry Tart is just too difficult to find.
As far as I know New Glarus was the pioneer for belgian-style lambic fermentation in the US. (It's my understanding that he was the first to do it, but I could be mistaken.)
-He has a BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL new facility that looks like a Swiss skiing village. Imported copper mash tuns and lots of large open fermenters.
I'd say New Glarus Rasp Tart might be even more difficult to find here than the Westy12...
