New Glarus Rasberry Tart is just too difficult to find.

As far as I know New Glarus was the pioneer for belgian-style lambic fermentation in the US. (It's my understanding that he was the first to do it, but I could be mistaken.)

-He has a BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL new facility that looks like a Swiss skiing village. Imported copper mash tuns and lots of large open fermenters.


I'd say New Glarus Rasp Tart might be even more difficult to find here than the Westy12...

Yea the Rochefort 10 is to compare against the westy 12.

The rarest and hardest to find beer was probably the Cantillon Blabaer but they were all difficult to find (rochefort excluded). The Blabaer is made once a year and is usually limited to around 1000 bottles. Its impossible to buy outside of one shop in denmark.

The NG Raspberry Tart and the Belgian Red are not made to the lambic style and are not sour but quite sweet. They are not my sort of thing but interesting to try.
