Psychoactive reaction to Product sold in 'pub shop'

[quote:fodeckqb]Hi Guys,

I was watching TV the other nite and saw an ad for the GAA, they were sponsored by a beverage called Guinness, I think it must be an energy drink from what I saw on the ad, So I decided to head to the local 'pub shop' as they are locally known and I had a number of Guinness', I felt a bit strange, I started to have feelings of relaxation and cheerfulness, later that evening I started to experience blurred vision and coordination problems. I then started to have irrational and slightly violent thoughts towards a building across the road called 'St Luke's' and finally i got violently sick.

I didn't sleep very well that night, and woke up feeling terrible the following day, depressed and ill.

"The Government's new legislation designed to target head shops makes it a criminal offence to sell pipes or any other objects used to take controlled or psychoactive drugs.
The Psychotropic Substances Bill also makes it illegal to sell objects used to cultivate drugs by hydroponic means and allows for penalties of up to five years in prison and fines of €5,000 upon conviction." from here[/url:28pb7j38]
When your banning the sale of bits of glass you really have gone silly

Can you outlaw a grow lamp? Are they outlawing indoor growing? There are a lot of OAP's who grow veg inside cos they're not as mobile as they used to be. I think they are outlawing the outlets which combine growing with cannabis culture, I don't see how they can outlaw hydroponics systems in genuine grow shops as opposed to the side businesses done in head shops.

what they're actually doing is jerking their knee again, that always works out well for them and they never miss any important loopholes that allow anyone with a decent lawyer to carry on regardless.

Yeah safe to say it's the legal eagles that are the winners here.
