the book 'Sacred and Herbal Healing Beers: The Secrets of Ancient Fermentation' has loads of these sorts of recipes. I am not entirely sure they are all entirely safe...

that is a pretty weird book, Look at the back cover though, one of the blurbs extolling its virtue is by a "Mr. Weed" hehe

I think they are actually setting up an argument for someone to go to court and take this on for a license.
I don't see where they have excluded alcohol or how they reasonably can under the terms of this bill.
I think they are actually opening up a can of worms they didn't want to open up.
let's see what happens.

Reading that you dont seem to need to take a civil case. You can apply to an authority under section 13 (2) to describe why a particular substance should be banned.

David Nutt has published some research in that well known stoner mag 'the lancet' about the various dangers of different drugs here[/url:1ut5co7u]

I've read that the vehicle for prosecution will be the gardai taking a civil case against head shop owners.
