Had a pint of Ór in Porterhouse Temple Bar on Thursday and another in PH Central on Saturday and both were perfectly lovely.

Have you started to filter it now? I don't remember it being as clear the first couple of times I tried. But it way, it's good to see you sorted out the consistency issues. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

We always filtered but previously couldn't get the beer as cold as we would like. Thanks for sticking with us.

I'm in Dublin next Monday for Jean Michel Jarre and am salivating already with the prospect of FINALLY being able to taste a craft beer from a tap. Sad, I know.

I live in Rathvilly, Carlow and was in Tullow (Our nearest big town) on Saturday so I dropped into the biggest pubs to see if anyone had Carlow beer on draught and was laughed out the door..."Sure no-one 'ed drink dah"

Roll on next Monday!

You'll have to pardon my ignorance but what do you mean by saying you "couldn't get the beer as cold as we would like"? Has that got something to do with the filtering process?

have you never seen the add,s "COLD FILTERED",basically if you chill your beer to around 1c all the lurgee beans come out of solution and solidify then when you run it through a filter you catch them all.
