O'Hara's IPA 16 years 1 month ago #1

I have just tapped this and it is a cracker. Only 1 keg, so it probably won't last the day.

Paler and hoppier than Galway Hooker (stronger, too: 5.2% v 4.4% for GH), but a worthy competitor. Not flowery like Goods Store. An easy drinking American Pale Ale.

quite enjoyed it. Its tough for me to say this because i tend to promote Hooker to anyone that'll listen but i think i prefare O'Haras!!

I didn't get any American vibe from it at all. It was all bitter, earthy hops to me -- more like Buckley's than Hooker. Lovely hefty body to it though.

I know this is about the keg, but do you think this will make it into bottles at all? (Or has it already?)
I'm quite a fan of their stout tbh.
