M&S are doing bottled beers again. I passed through the Jervass St one last week and saw half a dozen or so beers with the M&S name on them. There was a lovely Chocolate Porter which I think had "brewed in Chesire" written on it. A Czech style one which was similar to a Budvar or something. There was some "winter beer" thing that I didn't like too much. I also got a wheat beer that was I think €1.80 for a 500ml bottle! They've a "4 for the price of 3" deal on them which is alright. The choc porter was over the 3quid mark.
Has anyone else sampled them? Is this old news? wwas there a thread already?
I often pick up the O'Hara's Oirish stout in M&S when I'm in England. Don't have it here but I think they used to .
