How about going with the animals route.

Buckley's Bull Ale.
or
Buckley's Blonde Bull

get's in the owners name, and a hint at the bar's name too. The list could then be extended to include other bovine names in future beers.

Buckley's cask cow
Buckley's wilderbeast weiss
Buckley's Brown Buffalo
Buckley's black bull.

etc, etc.
