Pleasantly surprised to find four Hitachino Nest beers at Yamamori last night.
They had the White Nest, Weizen, Red Rice Ale, and (I believe) Classic Ale. The White Nest was a very citrusy wit, quite refreshing.
The waitress said they're new in. Judging by the label, it looks as if Yamamori are importing them directly, so I wouln't say we'd see them in offies.
But at e4.50 a bottle - the same as they ask for a pint of Heineken - I don't mind popping in for Japanese more often if it means good beer.
