Rouges American Ale, Dead Guy Ale and Chocolate Stout is popping up in alot of good Off Licence this month. The supplier Eurobeers brought in so if an Off Licence doesn't have it you should ask if they can get it because it should be available to them.

As for the celebration stout, it was a limited edition brew made to commemorate their 10th anniversary so unfortunatly you wont see it around again. I think its popularity surpassed itself thought so i'd imagine they'll brew something similar under a different name in the future. Got a few bottles into our place about two weeks back, might be able to get more in... I'll look into it...

I grabbed an extra bottle of Celebration Stout in Swords today just to have in case it vanishes. I also bought and tried my first gluten free beer (a pilsner) which used sorghum and rice for fermentables. It was pretty nasty stuff to be honest. Tasted like it was made completely from adjuncts (which it is, I suppose) and remarkably like Budweiser. Gluten intolerance is an awful thing.

Sorghum is malted; we should se a rise in the number of specialty sorghum malts over the next 5-10 years

It is strictly still an adjunct. Any fermentables that do not stem from malted barley are considered adjuncts, and that's not just the German Purity Law speaking. I think there was an awful lot of rice in it, though. It had an uncanny resemblence to Budweiser.
