This where i would like members to post about any incidents they had when it came to the purchasing of craft beer. I'm sure there will be funny tales, and also some horror stories. But everything helps.
The B&C is not beyond criticism, so don't hold back if you have had a poor experience with us, it's all about learning as far as i'm concerned.

It's quite obvious that some staff know very little about a product, which leads to poor comments rather than finding the right answer. So no 4 is very important i feel.
