Dont know if any of you are living near swords but i'm just back from JCs supermarket. Great deal on Curim Gold, 4 bottles for 4.99. Picked up a few myself. I think a bit of midweek drinking is in order <!-- s:-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:-) -->

Nice! Cheers, that's worth a visit to JC's, even if it is one of the oddest places I've ever been. Driving into that carpark is like driving back into the 80s

Their special offer PA announcements are hilarious: "Only €9.99 for the French wine from France"

I was there the last time they overstocked oharas and it was hilarious. I can only assume it was JC himself that was battering us with bizarre hard sells, my favourite was "our wine of the week will only be of interest to those who appreciate really nice wine. If you don't like really good wine, stop listening to me now!"

The PA announcements are worth the visit alone. I love em!! Its a strange shop, i love going in, always pick up a bargain here and there.

it is a very strange shop indeed but its one of the few shops that do stock the O'Haras range. I know Superquinn Swords have the range but its €2.79 per bottle and JCs is only €2.49 per bottle
