The only pub in Munster to have the Galway Hooker is The Bierhaus on Popes Quay close to the FRANSCIAN WELL, soon to be lauched in O'Sheas in Sneen. Great to have the beer in Cork.


Rebel red available in 5 litre kegs from Franscian Well for take out, Price € 25.00 each. A great addition now We can drink craft beer at home

That's good news to see it spreading. Although, to be pedantic, Tara's in Ballina were the first Munster pub to have it.

Nice price on the 5L keg too.

That's great news - if only I'd known this before the weekend! - I was in Cork on Saturday for a flying visit and it would have been nice to pop in for a pint.

Can anybody give a good review on that pub. The well is my local when i make it to the city and this place i,ve been told is like a pretentious poser palace similar to the roundy. <!-- s:?: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_question.gif" alt=":?:" title="Question" /><!-- s:?: -->
