Farmer Rupert Hugh-Jones wants to set up a micro-brewery to produce premium organic beer. He has built a facility, but needs marketing advice

Great show, very interesting, and Rupert clearly knows what he's at. Big yes on the 50cl swingtops, but I thought the marketing guys' price structure was out: I'd be going for €3 in the off trade; €3.50 is a lot for an Irish beer, however artisan. And not a word about export: I'd have though export would be a cornerstone of a business like that, what with Irish people so loyal to the macros.

Dying to try the west-coast style pale ale.
