listen I just told what happened to me. At first you don't succed, try and try again. Being pragmatic about it most people will probably make a few ropey batches at the start but if they're into it and practice they'r technique they can make some excellent beer. telling people its an easy way to make cheap piss that will be no effort to make, will lead to disillusionment and worse press later on. so there <!-- s:x --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_mad.gif" alt="" title="Mad" /><!-- s:x -->

He was saying his first 3 batches were infected and 6th batch also. I have been brewing a few years and all turned out fine, touches wooden table.

No he was good. He got the message of "its good beer not cheap beer across" and made the whole process sound interesting.
