Just checked. Things have changed in the last hour or so. Shipping has spiked to 35 quid to Ireland too. I wonder what I will be charged in the end.

If you payed by paypal, you're ok. In fact, they shouldn't be able to charge more than you agreed.

I wonder if shipping was working out more than anticipated, prompting a rise. But that sucks. The UK shipping price went from 6 to 7 quid. Woopdie doo

I figured I'm covered on PayPal. Perhaps a flurry of interest from Ireland alerted someone to the shipping. 24 bottles of beer in heavy but I don't think it is £35 sterling heavy.

Is there not a customs and excise issue with this or do they only check stuff coming from outside the EU ?
