Tesco Clearwater were selling Okocim Mocne for €1.99 a bottle a few weeks ago...but its up to €2.99 now (never have much of on the shelves). Nice beer too

I hear ya, but compared to similar size offerings of American craft beer it's well under the average price in an offie. Incidentally I saw Brooklyn Lager in an offie recently ands it's about a euro more expensive per bottle than the Tesco price. I'm all for supporting the local off licences but that's a big difference.

Though conversely, after the Tesco offer finished, Deveney's in Dundrum were still doing it at €1.50 each or 6 for €8. They may even still be: I've not been in in a while.
