This week they have Sierra Nevada Bigfoot.
Delicious, very similar to the regular SN I think, maybe a slightly more pronounced hoppiness but a whopping 9.6%!
I also have the Rogue Amber Ale lined up. I think I'll be late into work in the morning

I like the Rogue Dead Guy Ale, never tried the Amber.

I was out with a colleague visiting from the UK last night and he was telling me he stayed down the road from one of the Rogue pubs. I'll have to quiz him more as the conversation didn't go into too much detail (there were non-beer-geeks there too )

I'm stuck in bloody work and am getting thirsty (and hungry) reading these...

Tell them I said you can go home
Although at least you're getting paid - I'm here editing my brothers Thesis. Probably not the best idea on strong beer, but hey

Ehh, no, I don't get paid overtime I'll get the time back some other way.

Been a long day though. Was up at 7 after the taxi driver knoocked at the door (I'd slept it out), was in Belfast for 10am (nice breakfast and read the paper on th train), had a meeting for an hour, was back in Dublin for 1:30 (a colleague driving faster than the train could go) and am now running stress tests and mailing stuff back and forth to colleagues in Califoria. I hate time differences!

But I digress (I'm lonely in here! )

<edit>
Zornickel is a nice beer don't you think?

(had to get some beer content in )

Well, paid, time in lieu, whatever. Do you think I'll get half a PhD? I don't think so!
Sounds like you have a job very similar to mine though! Whoever decided that Ireland and California should work together was obviously a manager who leaves at 5pm.
Must look out for Zornickel. Never heard of it.

The joys of having a German other half.

I think it's kind of local, but it'd be nice to see if it could be got here. Dinky little 330ml swing tops which are great for early tasting (just to see how carbonation is going of course)
