I notice the sign outside Sin É says "On the way from Belgium" and refers to Celis White. As far as I know this beer is brewed by Michigan Brewery and has little to do with Pierre Celis any more. Maybe it's a bit of a "Donegal-beer-brewed-in-another-country" thing again?
