Are you thinking of renting a transit van and travelling to Belgium to stock a few varieties? So am I! Get some of that Westvletern abbey beer while I'm at it too. As for your ambitions I like the idea of a beer club and for a monthly fee each member gets some branded glassware and some beer related literature printed on some A4. And with the lit a few free beers to knock back.

BTW I love the Hercules stout, the finest stout I've ever tasted, a real eye opener to stouts potential.

Hey guys. I do pay the tax up front because it is cheaper in the long run. As soon as I start bringing in large quantities then I will have to store in a bonded warehouse.

With the bonded warehouse you are charged 1 euro for each case that goes in and 1 euro for each case that goes out. That is a charge that Revenue takes for allowing you to not pay the excise up front. The bonded warehouse then will tack on storage and handling charges on top of that.

Off topic, I delivered four different case of Blue Frog Beers to Redmonds in Ranellagh last week. They are 22oz. bottles and they are a limited supply. If anyone grabs them let me know what you think. They are Red Frog Amber, Blonde Frog Ale, IPA and Hefeweizen. We are less than 2 months away before I will have 20 new beers from 4-5 new breweries. Will keep you posted.
