So "lager & Lime" and "Guinness & Blackcurrant" would as the first beer hacks.
I wouldn't be surprized if he creates a beer virus. We could make a fortune with ICB antivirus for beer

The supermarket Corte Inglés has a better selection than any Irish supermarket if have the chance to get to one.[/quote:3qnuc9pj]I found the Corte Ingles wasn't great when I was over in Puerto Banus (Marbella) 2 weeks ago - I had a good look around as well! I ended up deciding that it was better to stick with wine.

Ask your fellow German brewers (Hefe) on amount to use, they are well versed in using it

I actually haven't met any brewers here yet. It makes me a kind of novelty in the company. In fact, I have arranged two Open Brew days so people can come along to see a beer being made, on condition that they bring a few bottles of an interesting or unusual German beer.

On the Hopfenextrakt, it's surprising how many commercial beers seem to use it! I'm sure it's not limited to the Germans however, but at least they print whether it has been used on the label.

Is it a really bad thing though? I will note whether it is used in my future tastings[/url:21jurdpn], just to see if there's a correlation.

I wonder if it's necessarily bad as I use malt extract!
