Irish Craft Beer--more exposure 18 years 1 month ago #1

Hi all. I've been asked by a drinks magazine to submit a 500 word article on Irish Craft Beer.

So i dont miss any important facts, i call on the learned among us for any input.

I wont be starting untill after the weekend, so if any one has any info they feel relevant, please let me know.
This magazine is available free in most dublin city bars, so makes for great exposure, and a great opportunity to broaden peoples minds.
It might also encourage the management af these bars to try something new, therby providing us with more choice around the city.
Once written, i will post for proofing before finishing and submitting.

Cheers
Geoff

Great news. It's certainly a good sign that craft beer is now worth five hundred whole words on the Irish pub scene, a step up from the tinker's cuss it has been given hitherto.

And sure nothing reads better than an article written by a committee...

Can we say that below cost selling, and the retention garage/convenience store sales points are vital for the success of Craft Brewing? <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

it might be worth mentioning the success of craft beer festivals over the last few years and the ever increasing demand for different flavours and styles that is now beginning to emerge from the irish drinks market, it would definitely be worth making reference to the Galway Hoooker Brewery and their ever growing legion of fans.
