I think they maybe be reformulating it due to the drought and grain crises up to 20% i think as cane sugar is readily available, but i could be wrong .

Thanks MasterBrewer, it's good to get some insider knowledge. I have always thought it strange that his brewery was not part of the Irish Craft Brewing 'scene'. Most of the breweries appear at the likes of the Franciscan Well's festival but never a sighting of Celtic Brewing or their beers. I guess they're following a different path *cough* - would it be fair to say, quality issues apart, that the brewery is underutilised?

So you're in Oz now? When are you coming back to start up your own brewery and what will you be brewing? <!-- s;) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink" /><!-- s;) -->

its part underutilized, but mainly because hes looking for a quick buck.... one company required 1000 cases for their fist year of their beer to be brewed. dean produced it all in a week and tried to charge them storage in his warehouse... they refused... so he relabelled it and redated it and sold it as a special.... he dosent have a clear plan for expansion or reliable core brews....

Just finished in Oz and I am now working outside london... not much going in Ireland at the mo. and brewery start up is costly....
It will get harder when S&N/Heineken close one of their cork breweries. the country needs time to start supporting their local brewery's

Just to be clear on biddy's. I know what Dean did I dont know if Niall was aware of it.
