He brewed fins red and stout from his own recipes, and bottled without labels. when he needed finnans or biddys he just added labels.... same beer. that’s the same for deans 31 beers same beers different labels....

It seems odd that Biddy Earley would have been happy with this arrangement. For one thing Red Biddy in my limited experience is quite distinctive. Does Finian's Red contain Bog Myrtle as well? Again I've never seen Finians in any outlet so I have no way of comparing.

100% sure.... contracted for dean a few years ago, I was his 3rd brewer that year.... not something I advertise

ya probly wont see deans beers in a shop.. he got into a few in dublin but didnt last.... his biggest business was contract brewing for companies in the states and one or two resturants in dublin, but ended up sueing them when they refused to pay because to beer was not up to their standards.... he was in a position to do great things in Ireland but limited vision and bottom dollar held him back...
