Anyone else had this one?
Can't decide if it's meant to taste as it does, but I quite enjoyed the recent ones I had.
Describes itself as a Berliner Weisse, with added bread, raspberries and a 70 year old Polish sourdough yeast.
Without reading the blurb, it instantly reminded me of meads I've made with bread yeast.
A strange, definitely not perfect, but very interesting.
