will_d Topic Author Offline Posts: 1828	So quick question: What [u:3dnaal3c]IS[/u:3dnaal3c] contract brewing? Me Homebrewer. I have a licensed premises outlet(ie: Pub). I want to brew/specify a brew/brew a brew in a brewery, pay the duty and then sell to Joe public legally (excise duty paid plus vat and the rest) What is the legality of this?

It's easier to get the brewery to do it for you and they'll pass on the cost to you. Effectively, they brew the beer to your spec and sell it to you wholesale to sell to the public in your pub.
