Adnams recruiting a quality manager/ assistant brewer. Fantastic opportunity for chemists with ISO9001 experience (I'd apply myself if we hadn't just bought house):
We are currently looking to recruit a Quality Manager to join the brewing team in Southwold. This new exciting role will be to manage and develop the Quality systems to enable the brewery and distillery to consistently maintain product quality and safety.
You will have a strong technical background in quality control and laboratory systems and understand the value of quality systems. Along with a commercial understanding you will keep abreast of changing legislation and implement new procedures when necessary.
You will manage the operators and teams that monitor and control the quality and safety of the product, manage the quality system tool EQS and Q-SYS to ensure all results are record and presented correctly along with controlling the production and engineer teams compliance.
Great communication skills at all levels is a must as you will deputise for the Head brewer and Trade Liaison Brewer in their absence along with leading Quality meetings and excellent time management and planning skills
Salary ~£30,000 + incentive scheme (up to 12%)
