Wheat in Irish Pale Ales & IPA's 11 years 3 months ago #7

I like wheat in my pale ales. Add's a bit of body and works for head retention. I bung a bit of wheat in to nearly every beer I make actually.

I like a bit of wheat for head retention too but not too much. I do think some Irish breweries have a little too wheaty a head on their pale ales.
