Dungarvan are teaming up with Blackwater Gin to make a sherry cask aged, distilled oatmeal stout. Will certainly be interesting anyway.

Cormac has brewed up an oatmeal stout, which is fermenting at the moment, and next week it'll be delivered to Cappoquin where Peter will distill it, then age it in sherry barrels. Ready for tasting at West Waterford Festival of Food in April smile emoticon[/quote:3mlo1jsp]
