Interesting story here[/url:1zclg75h] about a recipe swap between West Kerry and the Ohio brewery Weasel Boy. The Americans will be making a version of Riasc Red while the Kerry brewery will be producing Weasel Boy's Bitter Sable imperial black IPA.

Very interesting. Bit of a departure for West Kerry recipe wise, but that's to be applauded. Hope it turns out as nice as it sounds

Recipe couldn't be in safer hands as far as I'm concerned. Early contender for beer of the year if all goes well
