Mixed case from an Irish supplier? 18 years 2 months ago #1

For those of you who don't subscribe to its newsletter, RealBeers.ie[/url:7jdp1srr] is planning to start a Beer Club offering a bimonthly mixed case to subscribers.

Any takers? Anyone else have the words "easy way to get rid of unpopular stock" ringing in their heads?

Yeah, I saw that and I agree. Much better would be to be able to buy 24 (330ml) bottles of two different beers than commiting to 24 of one type. That would be my wish, but I do buy beer from Realbeers.ie

Hang on, is it "24 of one type" or a "bimonthly mixed case"?

I guess it's easy to be cynical about it, but subscribing to a Beer Club wouldn't be my thing personally.

It's a mixed case:
[quote:23eg73fg]Over the coming months we will be setting up a Beer Club for subscribed members of realbeers. This will mean that every two months you will receive a mixed case of beer with tasting notes, brewery history on the beers enclosed. The Beer Club will give members the advantage of trying a variety of beers prior to buying full cases of these beers.[/quote:23eg73fg]

I suscribe to the CAMRA beer club for a mixed box of my favorite tipple every quarter. Thus far it has been a little dissapointing, with all too many bland golden ales, but I suppose that's what the British brewers are producing to compete with lager.

Will the CAMRA beer club sned stuff to Ireland? I though it was only the UK.
